1.在账号内打开链接：

2.找到需要申诉的永久限制的PAGE,复制其PAGE-ID
3.在申诉界面填写以下信息，填写位置和注意事项如图示

We are a legal company in Vietnam and we have always tried to abide to Facebook's Policy. My Page ID is xxxxxxxxxxx got restricted from Facebook.
